Citizen found broken/unusable...

a consumer was found broken today. The authorities gave a statement saying it was a bad thing that happened. It was thought that the broken citizen was unlike the majority of us, therefore it was unlikely the majority of us would be attacked in the same way.

Some people sent flowers. The family were very sad...

The consumer's statutory rights were not affected.
