China has implemented it's own CBDC - while cracking down on Decen-fintech.
Will this entity be Governements/NGO?

International cooperation is becoming a major focus of CBDC development with efforts being made to develop viable protocols for cross-border settlements among central banks. In Asia, Hong Kong and China are testing cross-border utilization of the latter’s digital yuan.

Since the advent of Crypto currencies the major Central banking cartel have been striving to highlight the criminality & impracticality of this economic system. They present a world where privacy represents a global threat; a kind of cloaking & sheilding that hides nefarious activity. Many believe these behemoths of the money printing & endless bad loan/debt management / hedge fund / social impact venture capitalist industry...are really out just to protect themselves & their market domination of the concept of value & exchange. They do seem more interested in killing Decentralised crypto off - making all exchangable tokens virtual a Globalized E-money - that can be easily tracked, traced & switched off/interrupted if necessary (see here also BIS the Future of Money). This kind of rhetoric has made many observers ask the obvious question: are they developing a digital economic framework that encapsulates populations into a defacto social credit system as an engine to a Gamified reality? Will the use of fear of cyber terrorism / Child abuse / human & narcotics trafficking, & online abuse enable the push further towards a system that traps the population into de facto technofascism?
What of Artificial Intelligence? - Will it function as a wholly decentralised entity as a series of blockchains on a chainlink?
Will this entity be a supportive of Peer to Peer network?
Will any meaningful independence be
Will AI eventually run the whole deal - a sort of neo-techno-communo/fascist overlord - with everything automated for the people?
I'm betting in the metaverse - allowing all different kinds of payments and valued tokens may not be allowed. This is where they may well find a way to squeeeze the myriad of different decentralised currencys out of the game.
It's basics, really - in a real theme park - you get tickets and they all come from the same booth for all the different rides. Will Tokens earned all have to be the same too? I'm willing to say the simpler the better.
Or, conversly, will there be a huge exchange mechanism within the metaverse to deal with all the marginal currencies? Will this itself generate a new currency swap economy?
Will certain legacy coins become phased out in numbers, only to become pseudo NFT's themsleves & be limited as collectibles with a higher value?
Note: It is just a coincidence that Meta guru - Mark Zuckerberg & global shaker - Founder of the Digital Currency Group, Barry Silbert are both longstanding WEF members.

The Pentagon’s Defense Innovation Unit is looking to the private sector to develop space-based quantum sensing prototypes within two years — the kind of sensors that could contribute to a space-based quantum internet.
Highlights:
The Pentagon wants space-based quantum sensing prototypes within the next two years.
Space-based quantum sensors are a major component of a proposed space-based quantum internet.
A quantum internet would be most plausible if it were built in space through a “constellation of satellites.”
SpaceX is already building a “constellation of satellites” for beaming high-speed internet from space.
SpaceX was contracted by the Pentagon.

Quantum Sensing Military Applications
While the DIU did not go into any specifics about what the quantum sensing technology would actually be used for, we may gleam some ideas from what the military has already been researching — specifically improved communications, precision navigation, and precision timing.
For example, the Air Force Research Laboratory has been investigating a variety of quantum-based sensors to create “secure, jam-resistant alternatives to GPS,” according to National Defense Magazine.
...because quantum sensors can detect radar signatures and beyond, they may be used by the military to bypass just about any stealth technology.
Other potential applications could include Earth defense mechanisms that could detect, prevent, or respond to missile attacks, asteroids, and comets, as well as keeping track of satellites and space debris that whiz around Earth’s orbit.
Additionally, a network of quantum technologies “could offer the military security, sensing and timekeeping capabilities not possible with traditional networking approaches,” according to the US Army Research Laboratory.
