"The publication on the internet in 2003 of an
interview with an alleged "insider" of the sunscreen programme
(this is not its official name) working at the Lawrence
Livermore National Laboratory cast further light on the
difficulties involved in trying to promote a favourable image
of geoengineering.
Starting from the question of why polymer threads embedded
with "biological material" have been found in residues from
aerosol spraying, the insider (given the pseudonym Deep
Shield) explained that "since the suspended particles
eventually do settle into the lowest part of the atmosphere
and are inhaled by all life forms on the surface, there is an
attempt to counter the growth of mould by adding to the
mixture mould growth suppressants, some of which may be of
biological material."
Deep Shield acknowledged the potential of the aerosol
spaying to cause sickness: "Some people are more sensitive to
the metals, while others are sensitive to the polymer
chemicals. It is true that people will get sick, and some will
die.
The World Health Organization has carried out most of the
relevant studies. Some have said the ill effects will be
minimal, along the lines of a million or so, while others have
found the numbers to be far higher - 3 or 4 billion. The
Accepted Estimated Casualties (from the World Health
Organization) is 2 billion over the course of six decades. The
majority will be either the elderly or those who are prone to
respiratory problems."

materials being spayed to combat the growth of mould. This
suggests that black operations are also in progress, parasitic
on the pseudo-public-interest applications of geoengineering
technology and on personnel who believe that the purpose of
their work is the mitigation of climate change. If the
sunscreen project is being used as a cover for other even more
illegal and apparently criminal purposes, this is another
argument for opposing its secrecy."

Pentagon Program Promotes Psychopharmacological Warfare
The Advantages and Limitations of Calmatives for Use as a Non-Lethal Technique, a 49 page report obtained last week by the Sunshine Project under US information freedom law, has revealed a shocking Pentagon program that is researching psychopharmacological weapons. Based on "extensive review conducted on the medical literature and new developments in the pharmaceutical industry", the report concludes that "the development and use of [psychopharmacological weapons] is achievable and desirable." These mind-altering weapons violate international agreements on chemical and biological warfare as well as human rights. Some of the techniques discussed in the report have already been used by the US in the "War on Terrorism".

Modes of Delivery:
A number of weaponization modes are discussed in the report.
These include aerosol sprays, microencapsulation, and insidious methods such as introduction into potable water supplies and psychoactive chewing gum.
JNLWD is investing in the development of microencapsulation technology, which involves creating granules of a minute quantity of agent coated with a hardened shell. Distributed on the ground, the shell breaks under foot and the agent is released. A new mortar round being developed could deliver thousands of the minute granules per round.
The team concludes that new delivery methods under development by the pharmaceutical industry will be of great weapons value. These include new transdermal, transmucosal, and aerosol delivery methods.
The report cites the relevance of a lollipop containing fentanyl used to treat children in severe pain, and notes that "the development of new pain-relieving opiate drugs capable of being administered via several routes is at the forefront of drug discovery", concluding that new weapons could be developed from this pharmaceutical research."

The Tuskegee Syphilis Experiment
"For forty years between 1932 and 1972, the U.S. Public Health Service (PHS) conducted an experiment on 399 black men in the late stages of syphilis.
These men, for the most part illiterate sharecroppers from one of the poorest counties in Alabama, were never told what disease they were suffering from or of its seriousness.
Informed that they were being treated for "bad blood,"1 their doctors had no intention of curing them of syphilis at all.
The data for the experiment was to be collected from autopsies of the men, and they were thus deliberately left to degenerate under the ravages of tertiary syphiliswhich can include tumors, heart disease, paralysis, blindness, insanity, and death. "As I see it," one of the doctors involved explained, "we have no further interest in these patients until they die."

Project Whitecoat
A U.S. Army project that ended over 25 years ago is once again the subject of scrutiny. Project Whitecoat was the Army's code name for a series of germ warfare studies conducted on about 2,300 Seventh-day Adventist servicemen from 1954 to 1973.
Now the Army is investigating the long-term effects the project may have had on participants. Whitecoat veterans gathered recently for a reunion in Frederick, Maryland. Most are proud of the role they played in the nation's defense and report little or no adverse impact on their health, according to recent stories by the Associated Press[1] and National Public Radio[2]. While there may be few who support the use of human guinea pigs in biowarfare research, there are larger issues that are once again emerging from Project Whitecoat. They center around the role the Seventh-day Adventist Church played in the U.S. Army's development of chemical and biological weapons (CBW) of mass destruction.

Farben produced Zyklon-B gas which was used in the Nazi death camps. Other big chem/pharm manufacturers became owners of pieces of I.G. During US Senate Intelligence Committee Learning's held in 1977, it was revealed that from 1949 to 1969 the US military security conducted 239 open air tests of biological agents, 80 of which detailed that for over 20 years the US army released clouds of "stimulant" microbes and chemicals over hundreds of populated areas. 1. From the late 1940's to sometime in the 1950's a joint US, Canadian, British team sprayed bacteria in the Bahamas Islands. Thousands of animals died as a result of the tests.
2. In 1950, the US Army sprayed the entire city of San Francisco with billions of the Serratia Marcescen bacteria from a Navy Ship cruising outside the Golden Gate. The bacteria was supposedly harmless but 11 people were hospitalized for severe urinary and respiratory infections and one person died.
3. During the 1950's the US Army disposed Serratia bacteria on Panama City and Key West Florida and released cancer causing zinc-cadmium sulfide particles in Winnipeg, Canada, Minnesota and other Midwestern States to see how far they would dispense.
4. In 1966, military researchers spread baullus subtilis variant niger in the subway where the germ carried for miles.

Marburg virus developed by Hoechst [IG Farben]?
The Marburg virus, also known as the Angola Virus, is the causative agent of Marburg hemorrhagic fever, with known outbreaks beginning in 1967, 1975, 1980, 1987, 1998, 2004 and 2005. [1] Both the disease and virus are related to Ebola and originate in a similar area (Uganda and western Kenya). Its source is a zoonosis of unknown origin.
The viral structure is typical of filoviruses, with long threadlike particles which have a consistent diameter but vary greatly in length from an average of 800 nanometres up to 14,000 nm, with peak infectious activity at about 790 nm. Virions (viral particles) contain seven known structural proteins. While nearly identical to Ebola virus in structure, Marburg virus is antigenically distinct from Ebola virus — in other words, it produces different antibodies in infected organisms. It was the first filovirus to be identified.
This virus was first documented in 1967, when 37 people became ill in the German town of Marburg, after which it is named (as well as in Frankfurt am Main and the then Yugoslavian city of Belgrade). It was caused by infectious, African monkeys (grivets Cercopithecus aethiops) from Uganda used in developing polio vaccines. The monkeys were imported by the Behringwerke, a Marburg company founded by the first Nobel Prize winner in Medicine Emil Adolf von Behring. The company, which at the time was owned by Hoechst and is now part of Dade Behring, was originally set up to develop sera against Tetanus and Diphtheria.
Because many of the signs and symptoms of Marburg hemorrhagic fever are similar to those of other infectious diseases, such as malaria or typhoid fever, diagnosis of the disease can be difficult, especially if only a single case is involved. - wikipedia
